Strategic Reflections

Does anybody know what is going on with Strategic Reflections? I can no longer log in to their website. They still owe me money for December.

I am also able to log in. I last performed an assignment for them in November and was paid in December.
I just entered two shops on their website. No trouble. Now if they could get the chicken back...
Usually they do that if you get deactived. They probably want you to call them for something.
Oops, just got my check. The only have 1 fast food chain that they can never fill in my area, so if they deactivate me, their loss.

Too bad the chicken company decided to stop their ms program. Either way, I'd rather see another company get that account.

I just found this topic after searching for Strategic Reflections. Yesterday I was called by a scheduler for a job that was 470 miles away. As a route shopper, this happens from time to time, so I take these requests lighthearted. This time, I asked jokingly if they were paying for my flight. The scheduler hung up on me. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, I called back, just in case there was a bad connection. I called back because their auto-recorder had left a message for me earlier in the day and I wanted to know if there were other jobs in my local area that needed completion. In fact, there was one job in my area, but even though it is in my area, it would take about 45 minutes to drive each way. The scheduler said she could provide a $3 bonus, and I asked if she could do better than that. She said they were not going higher than that and hung up on me again.

As a professional, full-time mystery shopper, I don't burn bridges by practicing poor phone etiquette. Sometimes I try to establish rapport with a scheduler by making light of a request to shop something so far away, but I do it in a humorous way, not in an arrogant or condescending tone.

Anyway, I'm not able to log in to my account now. I sure hope it isn't because I was deactivated for asking for more than a $3 bonus on a deadline shop.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

Interesting. I got honestly kind of rude with one of their schedulers when I got what I felt like was a threatening email from her. I was not deactivated and can still self assign shops, including the client that the email was in reference to. So sounds kind of strange. Would almost bet money it's the same scheduler though. My biggest problem with this company is they almost always pay 10+ days after their stated pay date.

jonk. You have been deactivated for asking for a bonus.

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Wow... these forums can be a shopper's advocate. This morning I received an email from someone on the leadership team at Strategic Reflections. My concerns were acknowledged and I am now able to log into my account.

Kudos to Strategic Reflections!
