Grassroots Payment

I received an email from Sue at Grassroots saying my card would be loaded soon. That was a week ago. Still a zero balance. Any thoughts? I have emailed her with no response.

"Soon" is subjective. However, I never had a problem with Grassroots loading my card. I would wait another week and check.

Thanks! I have always been paid, but this is the first time I remember an email telling me it would be "soon!" Soon is indeed subjective!
That's weird. I always receive new cards from Grassroots. They never have added money to my existing card.

I have had it go both ways. The last payment was added to the card I had and I was never notified it was added. I waited two months and just checked the card and sure enough, there was a $30 balance.
The dessert name restaurant shops they send new cards every time. The chicken FF and some other shops they add to an existing gift card.

I've never had a problem getting my card reloaded or GC sent to me, except once. I emailed support on their website, and they sent me a replacement GC for one that never arrived. I have never not been paid by them, so I would just wait another week before asking again. Good luck!

go online and check the balance on your card. You won't receive a notification that the card is loaded. Either call 877-357-4975 or online at www.wrl.com/card

Anything but the one restaurant client, it is paid with a reloadable card. They load the payment on that card every month for all shops, except the restaurant client.
