I will. This was a 4 consecutive week project and we were paid by hourly to do phone inquiries and record the data. MR/RSG paid us for one week's work every 2 weeks. I got 3 payments for 3 weeks' work over a 6 week period. The last week the project was winding down, but they still owe me for 8 hours. I am very disappointed that I have received no response after emailing the manager of the project twice and a coworker once. If the client has bailed on paying MR/RSG for the final hours, or MR/RSG doesn't want to pay for some reason that may or may not have been attributable to me, or if there is a delay that is expected to be resolved, it would be nice to know! I gave up other work outside my home to stay home and do this work during business hours, so it kinda sucks. As I said earlier, it is so unlike this MSC not to pay and not to communicate, it is all quite puzzling!
In general, I am becoming annoyed by the practice of having to use another program/company (for listing, payment and/or recording shop reports) different from the MSC that schedules you, and not just because of this situation.
I don't like Prophet in general because of some of its limitations (i.e., you can't use your smartphone to upload more than one photo because each photo needs a different name, or upload a photo first from a smartphone and complete a report later on a computer like Sassie allows). Whoever makes Prophet needs to get into the groove of the times!
