Lack of response from GFK regarding payment error?

Has anyone else looked on their shopper log to see that this company has marked that it paid them for the shops on two specific dates, but never received a notification that it was made to PayPal as agreed? Also, the company has not responded to any emails regarding what happened!

I have sent two emails over a six day period regarding the discrepancy, but I have not received any replies stating that they are even checking into it. I think that is one thing that is upsetting the most....the lack of response.
No, I haven't even given it a thought, though I have done a shop for them recently...you emailed your scheduler and looked on their website for other contact options? I will have to keep an eye on my payment situation as well. Thanks for the heads up.

If you have not already emailed your scheduler directly then please do that. If you have emailed your scheduler and have not heard back from them I can help you by sending your question to my project manager.

I have not been paid for an insurance comparison shop I completed in December for GFK. All four sections of the survey are showing 0.00 pay, although it is supposed to pay $20. Multiple emails to the company have been ignored. Has anyone else done these shops and not been paid? I've worked for GFK for years and have never had a problem with them until now. When I emailed the scheduler, she said she would forward the information to the appropriate department but I never received a response. It's been over a month since I first contacted them. I have been paid for other shops completed after this one.

Just contact them again, and again, the payroll dept, BY PHONE. I do not know what the deal is but there is some communication disconnect every now and then, and the big Kahuna (Donna Goodwin) has to show up to take care of.

My scheduler contacted me within 24 hours of my email to her with a really nice email, apologizing for the mix-up. She promised to get it fixed. Donna sent me a nice PM here, too. I appreciate their handling it.
I tried contacting them by phone, but their phone system just directs you to the website and gives an email address for payroll issues. It does let you speak to a scheduler, which I did, and she emailed the company on my behalf but I still never received a response. I also replied to a recent email from Donna Goodwin informing her of the situation. Still no response (11 days ago).

Try again, and again. Do not forget they are in NY, had continuously snowstorms, and the last 11 days were the days of a shorter month. Either way they always respond and tell you what was wrong, if there is. Be persistent.
GFK paid me for the four shops earlier this week. (I've been sick so this is the first time I've had an opportunity to post.) I appreciate the scheduler, Donna, and Sally coming through for me like they did when they discovered there was an issue!
