Hi. I am doing my first grocery store assignment with them tomorrow.
While going over the LONG evaluation form, are we require to ask 2 separate questions? its a bit confusing on the form.
It stated:
For the next question:
You MUST ask questions about a specific product that you previously found to be in stock, in this department, during THIS visit. i.e: Proper cooking, Proper storage, difference between this & this as they look the same, .. etc., etc., . . . . {use your imagination}.
DO NOT ask about a specific product that is not in stock.
DO NOT ask for the location of product.
DO NOT ask the price of a product.
You have to answer what question was asked and if associate was able to answer. This is simple and straight forward.
...but then it continues with:
For the next question:
You MUST ask about a product that you previously found to be in stock, in this department, during THIS visit.
DO NOT ask for a product that is not in stock.
Then it asked if the associate walked you to the item and if an alternative item was suggested.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
