Market Force Report status?

Hi All -

I'm new to Mystery Shopping for Market Force and submitted my first report on 2/28.

How do I tell if it has been accepted or if it will need modifications? I have received no emails, but then email is unreliable so it would be great to check on the website itself.

On the CPI/Receipt Status Page it says:
CPI - Verified
Receipt Status - Verified

But in the legend below the chart it says that the Verified status means "Receipt/business card has been accepted". It doesn't say anything about the Report itself.

Also, does their website show a score/rating for the report (or your shopper rating?)

If receipt status says verified, you're in the clear. There are no ratings for MF reports.

Verified means they got your receipt, pics etc.

If you don't hear from the in 24 hrs or so, it is all good. smiling smiley

Yes - verified only means your attachments are accepted. If your e-mail is unreliable, be sure to check your SPAM folder. If there is a problem with your report, you will get an e-mail from MF Quality Control. They usually review their reports VERY fast so you are almost always OK if you haven't heard anything within 24 hours, although weekends and holidays it sometimes takes up to 48 hours. No news is good news with MF. They do not give a score that is visible to the shopper.

It is also the end of the month and the beginning of another. QC would want to be finish the report before starting on the next months report. It may be a few days before you can sit back and start counting your relief.

Some MSC don't do the scoring factor, so it's not good to put your hopes on "high" scores. A "6" will get you the same fee as a "10".smiling smileysmiling smiley

Sometimes Quality Control will come back to you after a few days particularly on photo shops. They paid the first time this happened (5 years ago or so) and I will find out about the second time on MF's payday in March.

I only had them email me one time. Time overlapped. I put a 0 where it should've been 1 (like 4:09 instead of 4:19) I was very tired..not an excuse but..

I apologized to death and they put the report back online, so I could fix it.

Phew! They're ok in my books. smiling smiley
