Maritz gas station mystery shops with reveal and regular audits

Hi. Need some advice on Maritz gas station mystery shops with reveal and the regular audit shops.

Can someone tell me are these fairly simply and do they require measuring like the others I've seen posted?

I see a bunch of them by my house but I'm afraid to sign up for them.

Thanks in advance!

No measuring.
Easy is subjective and fluid.
First one won't be easy.
Third one will be much easier.
Anything after 10 will be downright easy.
Just jump in and give it a try. I agree that after you do a few it will become much easier. What I find helpful is to use a portfolio with a clip when doing the project. It holds your paperwork securely and the cover can be folded over in case of wind (I learned that the hard way) I also make myself notes on my mini legal pad tucked into the pocket with a check list of photos needed. Take several photos of everything because the company is very good at saying they need some extra shot of something a few days later .

As far as I know, the ones that required measuring of fuel pumps are done for now.

I suggest starting with one or two, seeing how you like them, and then going from there. For one of their clients, they'll need to mail you a guidebook and a name tag before you can do an audit there anyway, and they'll encourage you to start slowly until you get your feet wet. The audits do get much, much easier as time goes on and you learn what to look for, although you may get a curve-ball thrown at you occasionally even after you're experienced with these types of visits.
Thank you everyone!

I don't think anyone here is taking these assignments. I still see all of them up weeks after weeks. Hmm..maybe this will be my speciality lol.
I did that just to get familiar with them. The first one was horrible and took me long - over two hours, well mostly because I locked my car keys inside my car and had to wait long for AAA to open my car winking smiley The second one was much easier and took me only half an hour but you have to add a lot of time for the report. The report is not difficult but still time consuming and if you take many pictures it may take an hour. So, with the price they offer ($10 + 2 gallons of gas) it is not really worth. I will wait until they add some decent bonus.

You also have to make a purchase. If I remember correctly they should pay back up to $2 for that. But I did not receive the reimbursement for the purchase with my last check and I cannot find anywhere in the guidelines if they reimburse that or not. Does anyone remembers if they reimburse for the store purchase or not?
They reimburse for the purchase up to the stated amount for that particular brand.

They are not hard but the yellow ones can be a bit time consuming. Maybe I haven't done enough to be efficient at them, but they expect you to be on site at least 20 minutes, I've never made it out of one I. Under 30 minutes. Then you have to go home, resize and rename all the pics, organize them etc. Then actually do the report. So I think for a new person to these by a new person your looking at 1 hour altogether at the least.

Luckily my camera is capable of taking them at the correct size so I never have to edit them. I have never renamed my photos and they have always accepted them. Although it would certainly be easier if I ever need to resend a picture, I am just in too lazy to organize them. They get uploaded into a folder with that days date and thats where they stay. They do get quicker and easier the more you do. I just hate having to ask that stupid knowledge question. Thankfully we don't have to ask til the end of the transaction though.
I run all my pictures thru Fotosizer to reduce down. It will do the entire file at once. I then go into the dated file from upload and make sub files with the Shop ID and brief description of address (city or road and city)....123456 Lynnwood . I then drag the appropriate pictures into those sub-files. As far as renaming them from there...no, I'm done. I only do that much because I usually have 15-20 locations to report at a time and need to keep them straight for sanity sake. Also, in case of those requests for additional pictures.
SecretAgentMom..you are much braver than me. I will do about 8 or 9 a day. It takes me forever to get the reports done. When i get home, I have to feed and water the animals, cook, clean up kitchen and then I have to keep my boyfriend company when he eats unless he is home when I eat. So I usually don't even get started on reports until about 8 sometimes later. Then I am dealing with my grandson coming in my room getting into stuff while I am trying to do my reports. Somewhere around 9, my boyfriend starts whining about it being bed time. He seems to think he can't sleep without me. If I did 15 or 20 a day, I would be up all night trying to get them done.
