Has any worked for The Shadow Agency -Newmark

I chose an assignment with them and now I am blocked out of logging into their website. I have emailed twice and no response. I called and the person that I spoke to said that the person who was in charge of this is remote. Whatever that means. It has been two days and no responds.

Remote means they don't work at the office. I have had a boatload of problems with logging in to companies on the Shopmetrics platform for at least a year. There are a few things you can try including another browser. For a saved password try deleting it and typing in your password manually. When all else fails asking for a password reset tends to work.

I have had problems with Shopmetrics logins, too. It seems totally random. Two days ago, I couldn't log into Service Scouts, but yesterday I could without a problem.

In my experience, Shadow Agency is good, albeit a bit disorganized.
I have noticed on Shopmetrics logins (especially Measure) that the bookmark likes to revert back to a "unsecure" URL. Once you go to their login site, just click secure login if you see it and magically you can login like normal.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

They are one of fav msc and give me tons of work .

How long does it take them to schedule? I applied for 3 shops 11 days ago. Finally deleted 2 of the applications yesterday because I found some other shops to fill in the route that I didn't have to wait on. Left 1 that I can still work into the route but I'm leaving in the morning and I refuse to add stuff mid-route. I know a lot of people do it but not the way I work.

I have done many of their new homes without a problem, other than, when you need them, no one home. I have never needed them, so, all's good.

What do you mean by "no one home." I usually can reach someone if necessary. When doing a long route for them, the scheduler was readily available.

Yes, when doing routes for them, I can always reach my scheduler. BUT, more routine communications have, at times, had significant time lags. My impression is that the business is operated by a small extended family, so if one person is out of touch there can be dropped opportunies.

I have worked with them several times and they are one of my favorites. I have never had a problem reaching my scheduler, Lisa, and she is FANTASTIC to work with.
I enjoy working with this company. I've also experienced issues with the shop website platform when trying to do stuff on my mobile browsers via phone or tablet.
I have only done one shop for them - that's all they have in my area. And I'm still waiting for payment from a January shop.
