So you guys and gals might remember my rant Vs KSS a couple of weeks ago. I was rebuffed by one of their schedulers and I posted about it in this forum.
It is in the best interest of justice and respect that since I opened the Pandora box, I update you all on how this issue was resolved.
Well, besides my post here, I also decided to confront the scheduler, and did it respectfully. At that point communication started flowing. Simultaneously, I got a PM here to which I still have to reply from KSS's owner. On one hand, I was able to get a full route scheduled for one of Kern's client MSCs. On the other one, I had the owner of a scheduling company concerned about what had happened.
So for what I know, Lorri Kern did address the issue with her scheduler, and apologized to me. The scheduler also apologized.
As a result of the scheduler's positive response to my confrontation, to the fact that I was assigned a full route of shops, the professional way in which Lorri handled my complain, and their apologies, I have upgraded KSS from a "Check one a month" status to a "Follow up weekly on their Sassie Site" and "Keep an eye on the scheduler for future opportunities."
I am happy this rant had a positive outcome.

I would like know how in the hell did you get a hold of the owner of KSS. They have never returned my phone calls and their schedulers are liers. One of their schedulers black balled me and I can never get anyone to address my issue.

I got a hold of KSS people all of the time. I have known Lorri for 15 years. If I need something, I just call her cell phone.
