Hi all,

Monday night the 17th and I sat down to put a couple of reports on. I should have known something was up when it wouldn't let me input a date but I kept on typing....and now it won't submit or save or anything...ACKKKKKKK

I have tried a couple of browsers. I only have two to put on (for them) so I guess I will step away for a minute and put on a shop for another company but gosh I don't want this problem to keep up.

Anyone else having problems with them tonight?

I had the same problem yesterday. They said they were having computer problems over the weekend. It's supposed to be all better now. I entered my report a bit earlier and it seemed fine.

Make sure to notify them as soon as possible of the errors and they will usually waive the late fee.
I notified them and they said they were aware and not to try and input until I heard back from them. I did try right before bed and got them in and then the next day I got an email saying they had gotten it fixed up but they also saw that my reports had all ready been put through...so it all ended well for me.
