Question about Kinesis and how to contact them..

I recently did 3 shops for Kinesis, that were scheduled through Kern. The two I did yesterday (March 18) are already rated and accepted. Meanwhile, the one I did on March 6 (that was for considerably more money than these other two) is still showing as "upload received" in the collateral status.
I emailed my Kern scheduler about it on the 13th, but all she said was that Kinesis rates the shops, not Kern. So I go on Kinesis' website but I can't find any contact info for mystery shoppers. I found a "tech support" email address and sent my question regarding the delay to them but of course no answer. I'm worried that there is something wrong with the report and they won't get back to me in time for me to correct it and get paid. I spent 3 hours on it between the shop itself and the report online, plus a phone training 2 nights before.
Has anyone else had this happen? What's the best way to handle this?

I've only done a few shops for Kinesis, because they don't have a lot of clients in my area and the ones they do have, have long rotations. (Some of them seem silly long, but that's another issue!)

Anyway, here is a link to their facebook page, contacting them through that may help: [www.facebook.com]

Also, I found this website for them that is separate from their shop sign-up/reporting page: [www.kinesis-cem.com]

But yeah, they do seem difficult to contact directly. Ask your scheduler for contact information from the Kinesis editor, maybe?

Thank you very much! I'll try both methods, since the scheduler for KSS has now started ignoring my requests for more info. :-(
I did enjoy that shop and the other 2 I did, which I had no issues with. I'd like to keep doing shops for them, but maybe I should steer clear of that particular shop again.
I have shopped many shops for Kinesis, banking. I have never been able to get in touch with them. Fortunately it never effected my pay. They are finished with the banks as of the beginning of March. KSS might give you more information, but not about the editors or pay.
Just wanted to update: I emailed my scheduler at Kern and told her I'd really appreciate a response. I get a very prompt response to that claiming she had already taken care of the issue. I told her that I did not see any changes. By the end of the day, Kinesis had finally rated and verified my bank shop, and she sent me a screenshot of my shop log showing the updated fees. However, my view of the shop log still shows no change to the fees. Kinesis' site doesn't either. So I will have to see what happens when payday rolls around. :-/
Thanks for the update. IF you actually do get paid, would be nice to know.

Absolutey! I will be sure to update this again with whether or not I get paid, and what steps, if any, I had to take to get payment.

I just did a conference call with Kinesis today for a banking shop tomorrow, so they are not finished with the banks. At least not where I live.
When they had the banks in my area I did many shops for them although I found their report form to be strange (It was redundant and looked like it had been put together by a committee of bankers that was unfamiliar with mystery shopping) and long, and I found it annoying that I could not contact them directly with questions or comments. I would have to contact the scheduler instead, and it seemed to me that answering some of the questions that I had or dealing with my responses to their negative feedback (which they would never email me about. I found it only by checking their website.) would not be the scheduler's job.

I did many shops for them. Eventually, they just stopped assigning me shops without explanation. I do not know if it was simply because I had done too many or if it was because I had done something wrong. I am inclined to think it was mostly because I had done so many. In fact, I had pulled back from doing the kinesis bank shops because I felt I had done so many that I might be recognized, but then when I wanted to start doing them again, I could not get them to assign me any.

It's stuff like this that makes me wish Kinesis would do away with the middleman and get a job board. To be honest, I really like the shops Kinesis offers. You're right about the bank shops being a little convoluted. I think no matter what the outcome of this, I wont be doing bank shops for them again. But they also have jewelry and grocery shops and I found those easy and enjoyable. I'd like to do them again. However, I am a little wary of dealing with KSS more than I have to.
If we are talking about the same bank, Kinesis does not have them anymore. ATH has them. Pay is lower, time is longer and amount of shops are fewer.
This is an example of what an editor told me. I asked about the bank and that I couldn't get in touch with anyone from Kinesis. Their reports were awful to do.
I had a 9.3 average with kinesis and shopped over 100 banks, maybe more like a 1000 over the past 7 years.

Please see the following example of a Power of E narrative: Environment: The branch was clean and all areas were well stocked. The noise level was low. The bankers were professionally dressed and acted appropriately. Engagement: The banker offered me a seat in the office. She used my name and engaged me in conversation. She smiled and made eye contact throughout the visit. She also gave me a tour of the branch. She did not rush me to leave even though it was past closing time. Education: The banker recommended an account that best suit my needs. She went over the features of the account and matched it to my need for ATM usage and online banking. She asked for my business and offered me her card.
Ok final update on this: today I received a payment from Kinesis for the full amount owed for the bank shop. This is the fee, the bonus for the phone training, and the extra money for the second visit. So they paid me on time, full amount due, without me having to contact the scheduler at Kern a third time. Yay! :-)

The pay may be lower, but I think the form is much easier to complete and therefore, the shop actually takes less time.
