Yes - this is a company that was based in Utah and was known for its carpet-cleaning shops. At one time they paid shoppers according to their stated payment terms. A couple of years ago, after a rapid decline, during which they stopped paying, they disappeared.
I did work for Franchise Compliance.

I was one of their first shoppers. It has been a few years since I have done anything for them. I agree. I think that they went belly up. I do recall calling the owner (Adam) and ripping him a new one. I have only done that a couple of times in 15 years. (Hilli-Dunlap, Infotel and Franchise Compliance). I got paid in full, but not until after I swore like a sailor.

Was nice to get the carpets cleaned every 3 months for about 5 years though. smiling smiley
I performed a shop for them in the summer of 2011. It was my third one within the year. It was for Coit in the Cleveland area. They stuck me with the $135.00 bill and never reimbursed me. I called the owner of Coit and was basically told that he (the owner) paid Franchise Compliance for the reimbursement. Obviously the crooks took my money!
