MSC Kudos

I have recently had some excellent experiences with several MSC's and wanted to give kudos

TNS: They just sent me a new check as a replacement for one that was sent to an old address 2 years ago. Truth is, I wasn't keeping such good records then and had completely overlooked it.

MarketForce help desk (yes, you read that correctly): I recently emailed them with a scheduling issue. It was rather lengthy with several cases. I received a response quickly. What's more, it addressed my email in its entirety with a promise to do their best to help me get the date I preferred. When they could not, they emailed me again with apologies and the offer to remove the visit. All of this when the scheduling issue was my own fault.

Mintel: Oh how I love this company! They cancelled a lucrative shop just a few days before it was scheduled. They apologized and are paying half the initial pay amount for the inconvenience.

Also, schedulers form Service Scouts and IntelliShop (the video division) have been ever so responsive to questions. They have answered emails within minutes.

It's been a good couple weeks. smiling smiley
