Does anyone know which company has accounts like: Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Targert?

If you read your Independent Contractor Agreements with the companies you are signed up with you will be aware that who a company's clients are is considered 'confidential information' that you are not at liberty to reveal. The standard protocol in a forum setting is not to mention the client and the company that shops them in the same thread in order to maintain that confidentiality.

What I can tell you is that I have seen one of the clients you mentioned shopped by a company that is obviously shopping the place for the client. Another client you mention I have seen shopped from time to time but the client is not the store but a supplier of services to that store.
The same way we all do--sign up with a whole lot of companies and see who has shops in your area. Look beyond your area on their job boards when possible and see if they are shopping the client in other areas--a good indicator they are likely to shop the client in your area but the jobs already taken in your area. Build yourself a list of who shops whom both in your area and in other areas.

Sometimes you can get an inadvertent hint by reading through forums. Somebody may be talking about doing a shop at ABC client (without mentioning the MSP doing the shops) that you know who shops ABC client. Somebody else may chime in and say that when they were doing XYZ client for the same company they found that . . . You now will know that the MSP shops both ABC and XYZ.
I have never seen Target. You can always google the name of the store you want to shop and the words "mystery shop", but Flash is right. We signed up with every comapny we can, and that is how we find the jobs. I read everything I could here and on other forums. It took me a few hours over a few days, but I found every company that I wasn't currently working for. That is how to get work.
I know who used to have Target in my area, but hasn't had them for a while. Am I allowed to say?
No.

And also the company that used to have them was not functioning on the basis of the client being Target but rather the client was a partner with Target. In fact there have been several clients out there, some of whose job sites for the shops were in Target. That of course leads into the treacherous area where perhaps one could say that XYZ company had a client in Target, but it is even best not to go there. I have shopped inside Target for at least 3 different clients but never with Target as the client.
The target I did was a Mystery Shop...

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
I have done a mystery shop w/ reveal, a straight reveal that was more like merchandising and have seen, but not done, a pure mystery shop. The pure mystery shop was not worth enough in fee + reimbursement for me to bother.
Huh, never saw it here. Did some Walmart cell phone shops, but that wasn't exactly for Walmart, it was for a cell phone company.
I have done Walmarts as a 'find the demo person', cell phones and, of course, McDonalds. I also did an oil change at one. But these are all other businesses that have a presence in a Walmart facility.
I have done shops of vendors subcontracted to these stores (Walmart etc) or competitor shops of these stores, but never a direct ms of these stores.
