Service Sleuth's policy on refused audits?

Does anyone know what Service Sleuth does if you go to do an audit, and the manager refuses to let you?

I've never had that happen. IF it's the audit I'm thinking of, I'm a little surprised it was refused.

I would expect them to be reasonable and pay.
I also have never had one refuse. They are usually open arms to me. Even after showing the authorization letter, the manager still refused? Were you provided a letter for the manager to sign if he refuses access?
Did you contact your scheduler, while at the store? or after you returned home? Did you get the Manager's name?

Write up the report accordingly and don't leave out anything.

Maybe this Manager has been refusing in the past. Most LOAs explains everything a manager should want to know. Perhaps the Manager had something to hide.
It would probably be unethical for me to comment on the details, but I was told to write up what I got--so, that sounds like payment, I hope!

Thanks for your answers! Ah well, it's my first refused audit.

Let's say that, based on the question I asked that inspired the manager to go to: "Name, rank, and serial number, and nothing else--and come to think of it, the serial number is confidential!", I have certain suspicions.

My statement----->" Write up the report accordingly and don't leave out anything." means write your report about what happened and submit it. Tell the scheduler /client everything that happened.

I'm not asking you to do anything unethical.

I'm sorry. I meant that to describe here what I asked, and how the person answered, would be unethical. And no one had asked me to do that--I was just talking to myself.
