Walesmaven, I just made a reservation for a hotel shop for Regal and was told I needed to cancel it and redo it without the Rewards. I was told to use a different email address, phone number, whatever it takes. I ended up disabling and clearing my cookies because I can't go to the hotel site without it already knowing who I am, even if I log out of Rewards!
