Maritz Pay Schedule

I haven't worked with Maritz for very long and am trying to get a handle on their pay schedule. I really wish they had a section on their website where it showed pay history. Anyways, I performed several shops for them on April 12. I already received payment for those shops about a week ago...I thought that was pretty fast. I did two other shops on April 6 but haven't received payment for them. The shops were for the same client as those on the 12th. I know it hasn't been super long, but I just found it odd that the shops on the 12th were paid before the ones on the 6th. Is this normal with Maritz? The website shows no issues with any shops and I haven't been notified about any problems.

Are you certain you submitted your invoice? The best thing is to just call them up and ask them. It's very easy to forget that last step to do the invoice.

Yes, I am certain I submitted the invoice. I actually called them for help when submitting them because those particular shops didn't require any proof of visit, so I was wondering if I needed to upload anything with the invoice.
Then call them and ask if there's a problem. Maybe a check got lost in the mail.

I've sometimes been paid for shops out of order of date performed. I believe there may be different editing teams for different types of shops, and when you're edited may affect when you're paid. Every once in a while they'll skip something and pay it on the next check, so I think it's an approval issue on their end.

Call and talk to Helen. She is their pay lady. Sometimes there is an editing issue in house (you will not see anything on your board about this) and they run behind. I have always been paid for all the work I have done for them.
Helen is great. Their pay schedule is 1-14th is paid on the 1st of the following month. 15-31st is paid on the 15th of the following month. You should never be waiting more than a month and if you are then there's a problem. As the previous poster suggested, call Helen.
Hmmmm I did a bunch 4-10 and haven't seen a penny yet....guess I will call Helen too.
I did call Helen and she is great. The problem was that the shops in question both had an incentive over $50. She said that when the incentive is over $50, a supervisor has to check off on it, and I guess that didn't happen. She fixed it and they should be paid on the 15th. Thanks for the advice!

I have talked to Brenda and Helen. They have always been helpful even if has been longer thatn 14 days.
definitely call Helen, she straightened out some pay issues I had when I started working for them and have not had any issues since. They seem to be edited in a way not in order done, but overall love this company.

They have a regular pay schedule. I have completed several assignments and had no payment problems. You do have to upload the receipt twice.
