How do I register with a msc that uses SASSIE?

I don't mean to be dumb, but what is the usual proceedure for registering with a msc that uses the sassie system. Is the link to sign up on the actual company website or do I go through the sassie link that's on the list?
Thanks in advance-Joan

Joan -- The links on the list here work. I've signed up with many of them successfully.

To register at MSPA, you go to the site and fill out their forms to become registered. Do a goggle search for them. While there read the info on how to become certified and do it. It does make a difference in being certified. Some shops tho don't care if your certified or not they will still use your services.
Sassie is not a job house: Sassie is a computer program like Microsoft Work, or MSN Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

If you are thinking that SASSIE is where you get your jobs, think again. It is the companies, and I know Jacob has a great list around here. Great way to start: Get a free version of Roboform (you will buy it later, I promise), and sit one night and fill out every companies form on Jacob's list. A great company in my area may be nonexistent in yours.

Another popular program that the shops use is Prophet. Personally, I like SASSIE better, if only for its ability to save (save, save, save!)

Sorry if I misinterpreted the question; we all three had our own takes, trying to give you what you wanted. If all you were asking is how to sign up, I am signed up with 50 companies, and it is still a treasure hunt to find the "Shoppers Sign up" link. Good practice for filling out forms later, lol, some sites are very inventive. Good luck!

What's confusing me is this: In using the two sets of links in Jacob's list (for Confero, for example), I'm taken to two different home pages, but the shopper sign up links go to the same page. Does it matter which initial link I use? I've been shopping for one msc, and they lost their Calif. contract, so now I'm scrambling.
Because Sassie is just a registration/reporting program, you will still need to register each MSC individually. The program is unique to each company and is accessed for registration and reporting purposes through them.

While the first pages of the registration form through Sassie is the same, the page for personal information may be unique to the company you are registering with.

The Prophet system is the same.

Just treat them as a similar registration means for different companies.
Thank you. Now it makes sense. Do mscs that use Sassie share any of their database info?
I don't believe the companies that use Sassie do...but, I think the Schedulers for companies that use the Prophet system can access information about a shopper from another Propet company. I don't think they necessarily "monitor" any information, but if they want to know about a certain shopper with them, I believe they can access information about other companies experience (ratings, flakes, late or incomplete reports, etc.) with them.
I think Jobslinger only lists MSCs that are using the SASSIE system.

If you sign up with JobSlinger you can do a location search and see who has jobs in your area.

I prefer SASSIE to Prophet too
You might find it easier to get a 3 month membership with Jobslinger.com because they have a Sassie app that lets you apply to most of the companies that use sassie at one time. it's great. they didn't help much by getting better jobs, but it made it easier for me to find the jobs with just a couple clicks
Jobslingerplus.com is very good. I was able to go through 50 companies in a matter of clicks. It is hard to go through a huge inbox and that many boards with remembering all the passwords. As far as Prophet, I recently had a scheduler use my information from one company and sign me into a another to do a shop. It caught me off guard at first but she walked me through the new company. There is also Shopmetrics out there as well. I don't know about the other areas of the country, but in Louisiana I received an email that a lot of the companies that use Shopmetrics have set up a board as well like Jobslinger. It is nice to find all the shops on one particular set up in one place. Jobslinger also has shops that are not on the sassie system. There are some that are on Shopmetrics, Prophet, or the companies own program.
Googling this phrase:

site:www.sassieshop.com SHOPPER SIGN UP FORM

produces 259 companies with Sassie-based online signups. I have not checked to ensure all are different. A list of (mostly) working links can also be found at [mysteryshoponline.com]#
