Revealed Gas Station Audits--In-Touch (Service Intelligence)

Has anyone done the audits for this company. I just signed up with them and wondering what the reports are like and how long they take. It says there are no photos required.

Nope, I tried to pick up a dozen or so of them but they never replied to the email I sent with a question about them so never took them.

Slightly off the track, but when they ask for a 'professional reference' on the application, what is it that they want? "Professional reference" should mean someone in the mystery shopping business, but that's something that many people wouldn't have. Do they just mean any old job reference person?
Ishmael, it means not a personal reference. You can get references from former employers, just not your childhood friend or someone you did volunteer work with or someone from church. They are wanting it work-related. They'll get your background check, if needed, so they don't need the people who can vouch that you are a good person.
I used my personal references but the ones who know of my work ethic and have seen me in action. I am not using my current employer as a reference. It is none of my boss' business what I do in my "free time." And I like to keep the mystery in mystery shopping.

My applications have never been turned down and my references have never been contacted.

I haven't been in the official work force for 21 years (since my wedding). All I have is personal references.
I have been self-employed practically all of my life. If an online assignment wanted references, I would explain that but sometimes it didn't count. So I got the county judge and maybe a former mayor or manager at the museum to recount my volunteer work. Election work looks good on a resume or recounted in a letter of reference. I always preferred to get letters so I could use those instead of having the person bothered with phone calls. I would suggest not mentioning mystery shopping, which has been discussed in previous threads. I believe it was Cettie who has written resumes as I did for several years.
I've done these audits. You just print off the seven or so sheet, take them with you and fill them in. These audit are very easy and take about ten minutes.
I find these audits relatively simple in most cases but I have yet to complete one in ten minutes. My average is 20-30 minutes for each audit. There are numerous questions that need to be answered by the employee and often the stations are busy with customers who come first.
I find the audits to be pretty easy although you do need to bother the employees occasionally. Most employees have have been helpful. Report is not hard and In-Touch pays quickly.
Yes, they are very easy to do. Many audits with this company are just multiple choice, simple upload of signed letter and/or picture of items not up to standard. I never take anything with me other than my cellphone (to get the employee signature, photos and to refer to response sheet). Talk to the employees when there are no customers. If you can, avoid peak times in those areas (here they are 6-10AM and rush hour PM for gas stations).

They used to take about 30 mins for me to do, I average between 10-15 minutes per store each cycle. Audits with Intouch are the easiest money you will ever make in MS.
