MSC payment dates

Thanks for the list. I didn't have time to go through all the posts for this topic, but I didn't see any comments about RQA. The original RQA changed their name to Stericycle, but after that I received an email offering jobs for RQA. At first I thought that it was a scam, because the website is identical, except for color, of Stericycle's. I called Stericycle about it, and they said it was legitimate. Apparently, some of the employees left Stericycle and have stated their own company. There is a lawsuit pending between the companies, but it hasn't affected the operation of RQA. Both companies pay well, hourly for drive time, time at the location, and administration time. Admin time is the time you spend at home reading paperwork, doing reports, and entering expenses. I usually claim 1 to 1.5 hours for this, more for a big project. In addition, they pay 30 cents per mile. They pay quick too. The checks are usually sent about 2 weeks after the expenses are approved, which is normally within a week. I have been working for Stericycle/RQA for 10 years, and RQA for 3 years. Both companies do recall / retrieval projects. The projects vary from going to retailers, usually grocery stores, to check for and purchase recalled product, to going to a consumer's home to pick-up a single product. Stericycle pays in advance if purchase is expected, RQA will immediately send a payment to PayPal if you need the money back. Depending on what is being recalled, locations are available throughout the country. The only downside is that the work is not consistent. Some years I have had little or no work, other years I have made $1000's of dollars! Yes, that's three zeros, thousands.

North Fork Research pays the Friday after the 30-35th day after the shop has been received. Not sure how to add that to the pinned post but thought this info could help someone.
They are changing their payment schedule on Monday.

Starting with our next PayPal transfer, we will be changing our schedule to Monday instead Friday. So our next payment will go out on Monday 4/3/17. Payment is transferred to your PayPal account approximately 30-35 days after your Mystery Shop/Audit report has been submitted and been reviewed for compliance with client by our Quality Assurance Team. Payment is transferred on the Monday after the 30-35 day period, so if your 30-35 day period ends on a Tuesday your payment will not be processed until the following Monday.

I appreciate the info on the companies and I only work for companies who pay two or three times a month. I think companies should realize that some of us actually pay bills and if they want good work then don't make us wait for a month or longer for our pay!
On the other hand, if they pay too quickly, a report may not be accepted by the client and they will be left having to reschedule the shop after already paying someone for an unusable report. I can see why they delay. The trick is to keep working; that way you have a steady income month to month.

I've also found a pattern with some who pay sooner. It is the carrot to make up for low fees. Ask yourself if it is worth waiting a few extra weeks to be paid a fee commensurate with the work.

Does anyone know how Mystery shoppers pays? It says 45 days after being approved so does that mean that they pay out for each shop after 45 days or what? Any information would be appreciated since I too have bills to pay and I am still waiting to be paid for April. I am shopping through ISecretShop if that helps.

On average, I've been paid 45 days from the date of the shop. My shops all occurred before the 10th of the month.
how to register with Stericycle? their website is sort of tricky...

My experience is different. I did a shop on 8/8/17. It was approved 8/14/17. My Expense History finally shows the check was "paid" 9/11/17. More like 5 weeks, not 2. Now I'll wait to see how long it takes to actually get here.
It depends. I sometimes get paid by RQA within two weeks after completion of a project, sometimes a month or more. But, if they cut the check on 8/11, it was mailed out that day or the next. I live in Ohio and I usually get my checks within a few days after they were cut.
Does anyone know the payment date(s) for The Consumer Insight? Google is failing me and I cannot find it on their site either.

Thanks!
This is on their site if you scroll down on the shopper login page.

"Payments are disbursed on the 10th and 24th of the month. Payments made on the 10th will include shop reports completed and approved by the 19th of the preceding month through 10 AM EST on the 3rd of the current month. Payments made on the 24th will include shop reports completed and approved from the 4th of the current month through 10 AM EST on the 18th of the current month. If the cut off date falls on a weekend or holiday, payments will be disbursed on the following business day."
