I can't find anything on the website about payment. The shop doesn't say "payment pending" or anything.
The scheduler has not responded to 3 separate e-mails regarding payment.
Does anybody have any info on how I can follow up on the payment, or what their payment schedule is,
or whether they pay by PayPal, direct deposit, check?
Oh, when I click on "contact us", a window comes up that says I have to download some kind of
application in order to e-mail them; I'm not familiar with the app, and I evidently don't understand
the "install" directions, because installation failed. So maybe an e-mail address that I can just
use from my regular e-mail provider?

I've worked for them with the old website and usually get paid in about 6 weeks. It seems to me I got paid by check but I really don't remember.
In May I have work done on the new website and indeed when I went to look I was asked to provide my paypal address. I note that in my 'Pay History' there there are invoices that look correct but I have not yet been paid.
Ok. I do shops for IPSOS both on SASSIE and on Shopmetrics. I thought they were pretty much phasing out the SASSIE, which was why I wrongfully assumed you were looking at Shopmetrics.
The SASSIE site will show the payment at the same time that they send payment through Paypal. Historically I have been paid in 6 to 8 weeks after final submission of the shop so I am expecting to see payment for early May work in the next couple of weeks.
They are on sassie and there will be a note in the box on your job board when you are paid. I did shops for them in December and was paid in February... they take a LONG TIME. I'm not sure if it was bank or paypal.
(December 6 was the shop date and Feb 11 was the pay date.) Hope this helps.
Waiting for payment from an April/May project and am concerned about what is going on. I can't seem to reach anyone who knows anything about it now. Dolores and Bill have flown the coop it seems. I've called and emailed to no avail. I've never had a problem with them, but something seems strange with this one. The shop is still in "Completed" status as if no one had even looked at it.
Has anyone been paid for their postal study from the spring with IPSOS USA?

Are you referring to the Dog Grooming and Boarding calls?
I have been in contact with the Ipsos office in Parsippany, NJ regarding non payment for another project I did for them. Apparently the team overseeing both the grooming/boarding calls and the mail study I completed have left Ipsos, and no one at Ipsos knows what is going on with either of these projects. Apparently, a significant number of people have not been paid for either project.
I also participated in the grooming/boarding call project. My invoice for completed calls on the Shopmetrics platform does indicate the name of the client who contracted the study. You might contact them about the situation.
I am also awaiting payment for this assignment. Ipsos says they can do nothing until they hear back from Dolores. Please leave a comment here as I am contacting the client directly. [www.mysteryshopforum.com]

I did a shop for Ipsos on June 12. Payment for it was deposited in my Paypal account on June 26. Yesterday, the same amount was deposited again in my Paypal account. I have only done the one shop for them. Who would you suggest I contact to let them know they double paid me? Thanks!
I've been very concerned about payment for the job that was completed on May 2nd, as well. I've emailed the coordinator, and left voicemail messages, and she has not responded at all. Her contact info is listed on the MSPA Member Companies list. I'll keep trying. It's been almost 3 months since completion--that's long enough.
