I got my payment from the via PayPal a week ago for a shop I did last month or the month before. Then today I come home from another fun day of shopping and check my email, and there is a second identical payment. I logged in and checked to make sure there wasn't another shop I had forgotten about that they were paying me for, but it was in fact a duplicate. I spent almost a half an hour trying to navigate their phone system. No matter what I press, I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Don't get me wrong, I love that they paid me twice, but I'd rather take care of this the honest way then have problems later. But I can't get ahold of anyone! The only email I have is for the project manager for the shop I did, and I emailed her, but no response. Holy Bat-Crap Batman, I've had to chase down payments a couple of times, but never in my MS career have I been double paid for a shop!
