Watch out for Darius Jackson and Kara Coyne. They have no compassion or understanding when you have computer problems.
You will get three to four e-mails in the morning or later in the day or late at night for the same type of shops with locations already scheduled once they first come in your e-mail box.

No matter what you write to them, they will respond and say this is what the client wants. Very tough company to work with.

gbarnes, I can't figure out what you are talking about. What computer problems did you have and what did they have to do with the number of emails (a gazillion, by my last count) these people send out every day?

Not sure I understand you. I did ask to reschedule to the next day, and Darius got snippy, saying I shouldn't have scheduled if I couldn't do it. They did reschedule and I did do it. I had 30+ shops. But if their shops are in demand, then that's the way it goes.

This is a new company I started using and I just love them. Darius is a gripe but 90% of the time I can get things done with him. That other person you mentioned has scheduling issues, she asked me to do a shop. I said yes and added it to my route assigned then unassigned then said someone else was doing it after I had left the location.

But hey we all have our hiccups and it wasn't so bad that I wanted to stop using them.

I must agree with you @mshoulders Darius of MR is tough, but above all his is about business. he helped me with my banking shops when the assigned scheduler didn't try to help at all. Come to find out Darius is a scheduler and manager of some of the banking shops.

@whosear wow! thats awesome Darius of MR gave you 30+shops. I can barely get 10. You must be his favorite....

@gbarnes i know i had issues several times with my printer and i notified Darius of MR and he email me back stating to send the copies to Kara and she posted them to my shop. I hope they help me agian if i have another issue. But their system sucks and needs an upgrade....

I just did my first shops Friday with MR (a route of 3) and got paid already today (Tuesday). This is the fastest paying company that I have ever worked for!

Question: If you do a bank for one MSC but the same branch comes up on another MSC, do you do it again? I have been declining the banks that I went to a couple of months ago on a different company but now that I see MR pays so fast, I want to do as many shops as possible for them.

Does Mystery Researchers have another name? I don't see them on the official list.

I believe (I could be wrong) it's the company that used to or sometimes goes by Mystery Research Group.

I Googled Mystery Research Group and, when I clicked log in, I was redirected to my Research Services Group log in. Mystery solved.
