I have done several shops for them. I am new and didn't get the shops invoiced in time. Can I still invoice them? If so how??

Definately call - don't email. Explain what happened and they will probably shift you over to ad-min where you can hopefully submit your invoices.
Did the same thing on my first round of shops with them years ago. They'll help you. In the future, submit your invoice for each shop immediately after submitting your report.
I did a car spa shop for Bare International in mid May 2014 and logged on today (6/28/14) to read the guidelines for a shop next week for the same location. Lo and behold I just happened to note the comments from the mid May shop and read that they rejected my shop and will not pay. The comment said they saw the video and statements in the report are not true. I have just emailed them and asked for an explanation and said I would like to see the video and I have no idea at all as to what I said that is untrue. I didn't even get an email or phone call from them and would not have known about their comments had I not had another shop scheduled for Monday. Have any of you had any experiences with Bare International? This is my first experience. It'll also be my last. I have shopped several years and have never had this experience before.
It has happened to me several times. They understand and they are nice about it.

To ensure I always invoice them after completing my reports, I have added a spot on my cheatsheet where it says in bold caps

"INVOICE DATE"

I've not had a problem forgetting to invoice since doing that.
