Maritz weekend support?

I just signed up for some shops at Maritz. It turns out that when I click on the links for the documentation, there is no documentation! And when I click on the link to view the evaluation form, I get an error message.

Last time I sent them email and also when I used their internal message service I never got a response. I hear they are at their best when you call them.

I've been shopping for them for only a month. Does anyone know whether they have anyone in the office to field calls over the weekend and if so, what hours they are there?

Thanks!

They do have people in, over the weekend. I am not sure of the hours, I would guess 8:00 a.m. cst.
I don't think they get in that early. I'm thinking the hours are like 10-4 but I'm not sure.

When is the start date for your shops? That is normal if it is not close to the start date of the shops. They don't load the forms until it is close to the time for the shops.
I just had the same problem. There is a shop I am scheduled to do today and I went to check on the paperwork and nothing. No scheduled shops...yet I have an email asking me to confirm that I will be completing the shop as scheduled.

Their hours are 10-4 cst time......central standard time....
Just phone them, and you'll either get them, or a recorded message giving their hours. I know they're there Saturday and Sunday, but really short hours on Sunday, as I remember.

Yeah, I did that this morning and no answer, just a comment that all schedulers were busy. But that is the same message you get when they aren't in. Hence my question.

Thanks to all who responded. I'm back now and will try again if the docs still aren't up.
@Afreeman - It turned out to be two things. Maybe one of them will help you.

One is since it was a new-to-me shop, I had to take a test that also wasn't visible to me because the docs aren't loading for me. The scheduler helped me take the test verbally and input my answers in case that was the block. (I was able to answer the questions without having seen the doc based on my experience with those kinds of shops at another MSC.)

However, after that was done, the docs still weren't visible. At first they thought it was my browser, but that was ruled out. Then they concluded that since the new quarter doesn't start until Tues probably the person who was supposed to load the docs for my shops will be doing that on Monday.

However, the weekend scheduler was able to get someone else to answer my scheduling question and that was my main concern. The rest can easily wait until Monday.
I had two problems with Maritz, called about 45 minutes ago and got one resolved. The other has to do with their website which is sometimes erratic. I much prefer speaking to someone rather than emailing back and forth. I think there are people there until 4:00 central time on Saturdays.
It is Monday morning and I just called Maritz and they are not open yet. The outgoing recording has the following hours listed...

Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 9 PM
Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
Sunday, 9 AM to 1 PM

These times are all Central Time Zone. I was surprised by the weekend hours since many team members have told me that they only have a "skeleton crew" on Saturdays with no set hours, usually people just coming in to the office to "catch up." And I have been told that no one works on Sundays. Maybe the team members need to call the office to find out what their office hours are.

They do have people working on Saturdays usually from around 10 to 4 CDT. Maritz is broken up into teams and projects. Most teams work Saturdays but not all projects on those teams work Saturdays. On Sundays, they usually just have an answering service available with whom you can leave messages for your projects/teams.

Payroll and IT departments are strictly M-F during regular daytime hours 9-5 CDT.

When you sign up for shops in a new reporting period (quarter or semi-annual usually), the documentation for the shops in question will usually not be available until the beginning of the month in the new period or about a week before the first official shopping period if it starts later in the month.

Ditto for the printed report where you obtain the shop's hexadecimal password.

From my experience with Maritz, shops scheduled for the next month will not be accepted early (ex: doing an August scheduled shop in July).

I've found that it is best to schedule new shops in the new month in the second week of the month. If they ever get the glitch repaired where the shop material is immediately ready, then schedule it the first week.
