Customer Service Experts Lowered Fee Too!

Their gift card shops just went down by $2.95. The pay stayed the same at $15 but they removed the $2.95 reimburseable fee that we used to get with the shop, since we have to keep the gift card and use it on our own. Sneaky. I applied because I am going to that mall that week anyway, but it bugs me.

This is off topic, but do you know about how long it takes to be accepted or denied? I applied for that same shop in my area but haven't heard anything yet.
They are kinda spotty on assigning at that company. Sometimes I hear back instantly, and sometimes it takes I week. I suspect, as well, that sometimes they may be holding people on the back burner, for whatever reason.

I agree. They hold on the back burner. I applied and got the email that I was not accepted. Bummer, I am going to the mall regardless. Oh well.
Watch those gift card balances....
Mine had an issue- I went to purchase something I knew would wipe out the balance and then use my credit card too
well it zeroed the balance and looked like it was letting me use it but the entire balance was then taken off my other credit card...
so far store and credit card deny it....
meanwhile gift card is at zero too
That is so not right! Do your receipts prove that you used the GC as well as the CC? I would go down fighting on that one, all the way to the CEO level. And dispute it at the bank.
