Goodwin & Associates Responsiveness

Are these people on vacation or bad about getting back to shoppers? Last week, I've e-mailed two different people and left a voice mail in regards to a shop that I need to reschedule a day before or after the original. Still no response.

In three years I've done over 800 shops and this might be my first flaked shop. I won't feel .1% guilty about it.

I have worked with some of the schedulers there and they have all responded on a timely basis when I have had issues or questions.
I usually hear back from them pretty quickly. I haven't tried to contact anyone recently. Many of them might be on vacation due to the long 4th of July weekend. When did you contact them?

E-mail on 6/30, phone call (no answer, voice mail) on 7/2, an e-mail to another employee on 7/3.
That should certainly be enough time to hear back from someone.

I usually communicate with Lori
lkayajanian@goodwin-associates.com

or with Steffanie sgleason@goodwin-associates.com

of course, in your location, the employees may be completely different

Yeah, those are not my schedulers.

Oh well. I'm just going to flake because I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make a simple schedule change when I gave more than enough notification in advance.
They are also famous for under pricing restaurant shops knowing it full well that reimbursement will not cover.
I thought Goodwin had the option on their site to reschedule on your own? Maybe not?
They do and I have used that option several times w.o. a problem, but sometimes it won't let you and you need to contact a scheduler and they have to be the one to do it for you.
It depends on how badly they need their shop filled. They've call me on a saturday night to get shops filled but if I email them on a weekday it might be 24 hours before they get back to me. Try not to stress over it, you've done your part and if they don't do theirs then it's not all your fault.
