I selected one gas station in the beginning. After reading the Guidelines I immediately canceled the shop because the email did not explain the requirements fully. When I realized that the $10 was not enough for the report, hour, shipping items, shipping back etc. as you all know. I thought I was being respectful to the scheduler so that she could reschedule. I canceled within minutes, before I even knew about the hour change.
Check your Shopper Citation to see if you got one for canceling. I have requested to have it removed.
I did get a citation and did not realize it until I read all of you who have canceled based on lack of information.
I have not had any problems with the schedulers for years until the above one.
