Do you know how to reach a scheduler at MF?

The help desk told me "we do not assign shops here at help desk".

When I receive an assignment from a MSC, I keep it in a file, so I can get the team member's contact, and don't delete it until I have completed the shop. That way, if I have any questions, I can go directly to them with help.

When they call me, I put their name in my contacts. That way, I know who to call if I need something.

I've got a bunch of phone numbers for schedulers.

But I don't know if they will help you or not. It seems to be a pretty much one-sided approach. I'll PM you what I have.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

Yeah, I have some phone numbers for the Georgia office too. I'll shoot 'em your way. Please be kind with these schedulers--the ones I've saved are the ones who have been very good to me.

I send an email to the help desk and ask them to have a scheduler call me, which they always do.
