I had an email from them asking me to repeat myself and fortunately I was able to remember the answers but decided that with all future Gapbuster shops I'd print the completed form to Google Drive.
Good thing I did, because I just had another long email from them, asking me to re-answer at least 10 questions. Fine, I copied them all from the report I saved.
It wasted about 15 minutes. They got the same answers as the first time.
I guess they are just trying to find a way to exclude the report.
