Harland Clarke - Non-responsive?

I keep getting emails with bank shops that are sometimes heavily bonused. I ask for the shop, include my mileage request and never hear anything back. The next week, the same shop is bonused higher. I offer my services but not a peep from Alex or Brooke. Anyone else getting the cold shoulder?

Hmmm, that is really unusual. Usually that means someone else got the shop; maybe they didn't follow through? I would call them on it though, find out what is happening.
Some of the schedulers are far more responsive than others. Certainly if there is a shop I really want I get on the phone. If I really couldn't care less one way or the other I email or just hit delete.
I am used to their ignorance anyway.

Beside - HC only has 1 bank/CU in my area that I can really do. I don't even care.
Thanks. I even emailed Brooke and she said, "When did you request the shop?" When I told her, I never got a response back but I still get the (almost) daily emails asking to complete shops in my state. Almost seems like they don't care if the assignments get shopped.
