Anybody have an alt. method for contacting Gapbuster? i.e. a phone #

Gapbuster did not pay me the amount they promised. I have sent them so many emails about this. The only way I've found to contact them is to submit a message through their Enquiry page. I've known since May that the payment was wrong, so I've been sending them messages since then. Once they finally did pay me it was $15 less just like I expected, so now I've sent them several "payment was incorrect" emails. They have not responded at all. It is getting so frustrating!!

I know that they called me once, so they must have a phone number, but I cannot find it anywhere on their website. Does anyone have a contact number or can point me to a contact page that I am perhaps overlooking on the website?

Whoops I just started a new thread with this same question. I never got any payment and the inquiry form has not even loaded correctly on any browser, so I can't use it. Have you found a resolution? Please share if you do find any contact information!
The inquiry form was not working for me for the entire month of June and half of July. It's working now, I send them a message every 4 days or so and I still have not heard back from them. Not even a "we've received your response and are looking into it" type deal. But even when the inquiry form wasn't working, I just replied several times to the email they sent me stating they'd give me an additional $15 and they STILL have completely ignored my messages! I don't get it.

When did you do your shop? It takes a while to get paid. I got paid on July 10th for a shop I completed on May 5th.
I am having the same problem. They did not payment for a shop in May. This month I recieved a phone call from them that appeared as "blocked" on my phone. The rep promised that I would be reimbursed for the May shop if I performed another shop that she needed completed by the end of the week. To date, I have not been paid for either. Emails have gone ignored. Not happy with this company.
That's outrageous! "Even though you took the time and effort to properly complete this shop, we will only guarantee payment if you complete this other shop"....that is not how it works!

I've never had a problem with them until now. Yeah, they're slow payers, but they've always paid me on time and for the right amount. Their shops are super easy to report. I don't want to drop them but not getting paid/getting paid the wrong amount is just too stressful to deal with.
