RSG Website Down??

Just received the following when I tried to login and do a report. Anyone else?

502 Bad Gateway
The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.

I need to input my 8 shops I have done today. Blah. I was wanting to get them finished before I met my mom for a non-MS dinner. lol Oh well. :-/
I got it and logged in immediately using a different browser. Keep trying. I just input 3 reports with no problems.
Just tried two different browsers and no such luck. I'll try again later tonight.

I logged in just fine a moment ago. It looks good.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
Try again later. Sometimes websites have server issues beyond their control. I would send an e-mail if you had a shop due today and let them know that you were having problems. RSG are pretty understanding.

Just imputed one maybe an hour ago no problems.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Mine went through about 10 minutes ago. Nothing like cutting my deadline close, huh?

Do you have the site bookmarked? Instead of using your bookmark, go to Google and put in the company name followed by "shopper login." I was in and out several times yesterday, I put three reports, had more shops assigned and went in to read guidelines. I had difficulty with my bookmarked site - I got the same odd gateway error initially - but after that, everything was good.
@ nanabelle ~ Did you save a pdf of your completed reports? Since there were so many issues yesterday, I saved a pdf like I usually do and I printed out a hardcopy. Better save than sorry.

Maybe the Russians hacked into their system.

what's the purpose of wasting paper and printing it out

For two reasons...

1) My computer has been acting up lately and I haven't fully figured out what the problem is yet. The hard copy (only 2 pages) is just as a backup in case I have a major meltdown on the computer. And their web site was having problems yesterday.

2) I am on the road all day for the next couple of days. It is easier to pull over on the side of the road and look at a piece of paper than to pull out the laptop from my trunk and boot it up in case the MSC calls with any questions.

I do not do this all the time. But obviously RSG/Mystery Researchers was having major issues yesterday. Like I said, better safe than sorry.

Nope but I didn't have problems....sounds like I got mine in bef they started.......but sounds like they overloaded their system with all those shops due yesterday
Have you looked at One Drive or some other cloud technology? My spreadsheet and all my shop docs can be accessed from any computer, my phone and my tablet. Even my videos are stored there until I've been paid.

Well I just tried to log in to make sure my shops are marked "completed"....no luck getting in, so they are still having problems
It could be completely unrelated, but I do know they are fixing a particular issue for a special project.
I use a portable hard drive for a land based backup
for my computer in general and I also use the cloud
so I can access any documents I need instantly,
anywhere. Between google drive, one drive and box
I have well over 100gb for free.

This used to be one of my favorite companies but lately some complete shops are being kicked back because of their website or a Sassie issue. I'm not sure which. One of their schedulers/reviewers also has not been as friendly as they have been in the past when they were really great company.
I tried to submit 3 shops yesterday but when I went to submit I kept getting an error message about a question that I answered correctly. So I emailed my scheduler last night and again this morning but no reply. Really frustrating when you are on a tight deadline.
