I need to navigate the Kinesis website TODAY!

Okay, so I accepted a shop through KSS . . . SURPRISE, KSS was just the scheduling company and I had to sign up with Kinesis. Okay, so far, so good.

Here's the problem. THE KINESIS HOMEPAGE LOOKS LIKE IT'S FROM ABOUT 1994. I can't find the page that will give me the guidelines for my shop. Here are the options on the page:

[Help] [Demographics] [Email Addresses] [Log Out]

Here's what it tells me below about how to get to shop guidelines:

SHOPPER INSTRUCTIONS: Click on [Shop Details] for the Shop Guidelines and a downloadable version of the shop Audit Form. Shoppers are responsible for following requirements listed in Shop Guidelines.

BUT WHERE IS SHOP DETAILS?! Am I gonna have to cancel a $31 shop because their website isn't working?

UPDATE: I finally got in, but now I'm pretty sure they assigned me the wrong shop because it says I should ask about an account I already have. I SPECIFICALLY SIGNED UP FOR A SHOP THAT REQUIRED ME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AS A NEW CUSTOMER. THIS IS NOT THAT SHOP.[i][small]

Email Erik and ask if you were accidentally assigned the wrong shop. He's the scheduler assigned to this specific project, I believe, and responds very quickly to emails. Do not cancel until you hear back from him.

I did email and am waiting for a reply. The website doesn't show the bonus I was offered, either, so hopefully it gets straightened out.
If it's the bonus I'm thinking of, the bonus is if you then complete two teller shops within the next 30 days. After you do, you'll email Erik a .pdf of the receipts, and he'll add the bonus.

Did you email for details about the bonus?

No, the bonus was $25 if you were willing/able to open an account. I confirmed that I could do so before I signed up for the shop, but the bonus is now not listed.
Yes, I know. The bonus is not simply for opening an account, though. It's for opening an account and performing two tellershops in the next 30 days. The email stated "These are simple account inquiry shops. If you're not eligible, you're eligible. But if you are able and willing to open an account, I will pay a $25 bonus. Email me for details."

When you email for details, he tells you the bonus will come after performing two teller shops in the next 30 days, and emailing a .pdf of the deposit receipts.

My question was, did you email for details? Or just thought it was a bonus for opening the account?

I did email for details. I thought those WERE the details. When he emailed me back he just told me to apply for the shop online.

I ended up having to cancel the shop. I got no reply to either of my questions before 5pm, the absolute latest I could have left the house and gotten there in time to do the shop.
Nope. I thought so too, when I signed up for it, but I got to thinking about it today, and decided I'd email about the details, just in case. In case I had to do something specific. The answer I got back was what I wrote you. So it's basically a $25 bonus spread across three shops, and only if you can get two teller shops assigned within the next 30 days. . The reason I was confused by your post was that you said the shop you were assignes was specifically to open a new account, and this client does not have shops like that. You actually signed up for an account inquiry shop, and if you are eligible and willing to follow through with opening an account, you stand to make a $25 bonus if you can pick up two teller shops.

Is your location open on Saturdays? I am completing mine then.

Just wondering if you got paid for these August shops yet? I did an inquiry shop just a few days before the above messages were posted. Based on what I read on their site, I was expecting payment by paypal on 9/30. That didn't happen. Since it was my first shop with them, I'm not assuming anything. Just keeping an eye on things.

That's Mys Butterfly, if you please.
Nope, no payment for my August shops either.

BBird, can you let me in on how you get responses from Erik? My experience so far has been exactly the opposite. I like some of the shops he schedules, but I'm now so frustrated with trying to get simple answers to critical questions that I'm ready to give them up. I'm not coming to whine, and the backstory isn't all that dramatic or interesting to anyone but me, but I don't get this frustrated easily.
Hey there, it's Erik!

If you're still having difficulty, you can ALWAYS call me directly at 513-399-7181! I'll be happy to guide you through this step by step!

Also, if anyone is missing payments, please email me! I'll make sure you get paid.

Always a pleasure!

Thanks, Erik. I'm all straightened out now, but thanks for the number just in case.
