Service Evaluation Concepts

Does anyone shop them? What is your experience with them? I did a quick search of their name on here and didn't find many good things said about them. I'd like to know if they're worth signing up with.

Thanks in advance!

I used to shop for them often, but they lost most of the good shops I used to enjoy. I rarely check their site anymore because I only see a certain type of shop that I don't do and in another state. They used to be great and I loved some of their former clients, but things change.

Two months? When did they change their terms? I haven't shopped for them in a while. It was the following month on the 20th by direct deposit.

I love shopping for SEC and used to do their phone shops but that contract has gone away, at least for now. Their Schedulers are terrific and always willing to work with you regarding your questions or rescheduling. I just wish they had more work available in my area.
They only had 1 regular client in my area and it took forever to get paid. I wonder if they go by client with the pay schedule The other client I did for them paid me all of 4 times per year.

If I remember correctly it took about 60 days for payment but when I was doing shops on a regular basis, once the payments started coming in they were regular as clockwork. I love working with them.
I always got paid on the 20th of the month following the shop.

It looked promising as the site indicated they had eleven assignments in my area. It took me over 30 minutes to fill out the forms and take a quiz of their made up buzzwords to get to the job board.

The eleven shops they showed before signing up were actually the same location with different types of shops. I have had a student haircut before where they drew blood. I think I'll pass on this one.

Hopefully, someday they will have something decent in my area.
I used to shop for them a lot, but they lost two of the main clients, so I scaled back. Then I moved again, and only really shop them when I travel in the northeast and midwest, as there isn't much for me here.

They used to be, overall, shopper sympathetic. They had an expedited pay program, where you could request your funds early, if you needed it for outlay for other shops. I had to do this twice, and both times, I was paid within a week of requesting it, about 10-15 days before I should have been paid. I tried again a third time, when I'd put out a considerable amount of outlay the previous month, and needed it badly for gas, and was told they were no longer expediting pay because shoppers were abusing it.

They have always paid on time since then, except for one client, where I can expect payment about 75-90 days after the shop.
