RSG, is this normal?

I did 3 shops on the same day, just got paid today for 1. I checked my log and they are all shown as completed and the 1 shows as paid......seems a little strange to me, but is this normal for them?

Same here. I did one on a Thursday, two on a Friday. My Friday ones show completed, Thursday one still shows received. So it seems one of yours moved to completed status before the others. You'll probably get payment for the other two in the next few days.

Plan the work. Work the plan.
I have had times when the payment was split although all shops were performed the same day.
They are really great about paying fast. Bank shops are always on Tuesdays, DYI faster now than before, car shops fast... Seems like one week, I look at Paypal, and nothing, the next week, they are all piled in. It is one of my favorite companies to work for.
In general, you get paid for your shop after it is completed, edited and finalized. Just because you did three shops all on the same day, it does not mean that they were edited on the same day. This goes for most, if not all MSCs. This is a perfect example of where good bookkeeping comes in handy. With a quick search in Excel, I can clearly see which shops are still outstanding for payment.

RSG, which is actually Mystery Researchers now, does pay like clockwork and very fast.

Just to clarify first a shop goes to completed status and then received status then is paid. If it is in completed status payment will not be issued. I had some done on 8/8 that I got payment yesterday which were in received status. I sill have 3 shops in completed status done on 8/5 that are yet to be paid. But the company does pay fast usually 1 day to 2 weeks. The longest is 1 month.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I didn't realize they paid so fast, just got an unexpected payment today that I really needed. That is good to know, I will be sure and put them at the top of my preferred companies list.
they asked me question today (August 21) for the shop I did in August 1. With that sense of urgency I will expect from them answer to my question for the coming shops scheduled for August 22 in couple weeks or so...

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
i've noticed this month they are behind on a number of things. Perhaps
it's because of the thousands of shops completed and their editors are
way behind but either way lack of communication I find unacceptable
in any case. A simple we are behind with editing would be helpful.
What good does you doing a shop on Aug 1st getting edited on the 21st
do for the client. A month long turn around time?

Maybe they are overwhelmed because they are in the process of or have recently acquired another MSC. This is a perfect example of why seasoned shoppers are always telling newbies to sign up with as many companies as possible. MSCs take over competing MSCs quite often.
