I have another issue I ran into and wondered if anyone has had the experience and how you handled it. I got a jewelry shop for Bare International. I completed the shop, made my selection and attempted to pay for the purchase. The salesman who was helping me went to sign into their computer and said he was having problems with it. He excused himself and went into the back. When he returned he said they were having computer issues but it was being corrected, would I mind waiting a few minutes. I agreed and he offered to wrap my gift while I was waiting. After a few minutes he went walked to the back again then returned and said the issue was going to take longer than expected and he couldn't process my purchase? He said they were open until 5 if I wanted to stop back by or they were open 12-4 the next day. I left the shop, took pictures of the exterior, door, and street sign. I also got a geo-tag. I drove up the road, then stopped to email my scheduler. I explained that this was part of a route shop and I lived quite a distance from the store. That was Saturday, on Sunday I still had not heard back, so I emailed again. Today I got an email cancelling the shop, no explanation, along with another shop I had scheduled later this week. Finally about 3:00 I got a return email from the scheduler saying she couldn't see where I had ever been assigned the shop, could I send her the assignment email. She also asked about pictures I took. I attached the photos to the email, and forwarded the confirmation email to her. I haven't hear a word back. Unfortunately it was just a reimbursement shop, so I won't get paid since I didn't make a purchase, but just wondered a better way to have handled it?
