I like them. The reports are reasonable, and I never hear anything from the editors. They have only one client in my area. Pay is never a problem.
Very few shops available in my area. Scheduler is reasonable to work with. Editing seems reasonable. Payment is in about 4-6 weeks after the shop. Not enough shops to form a real opinion but no significant issues either.
I like them and often do their bank shops. Reports are fairly easy and I always get a rating of 10. The scheduler is down to earth and reasonable when scheduling my shops if I have conflicts so I sometimes go above and beyond - like taking a shop in a little town south of me that normally I would not do because of the distance.
Wish they had more here, but there's been nothing recently. I enjoyed a good working relationship with Jane Bujnoch. I would recommend them.
Jane is terif. Has she moved to another company? She was my only scheduler with Shoppers Inc. for years but all of a sudden several months ago I've heard from a couple of other Shoppers Inc. schedulers - and nothing from Jane.
When they offered shops here that I wanted, they were great. They paid in a timely manner, but by check even though they ask for a PayPal email.

However, the checks have literally no mention of mystery shopping on them! Or at least, they did not when I did my shops. This is great if you are doing bank shops, as the only way the teller might possibly be able to catch on is if they are a mystery shopper themselves and have shopped for this company, which is highly unlikely.
Dr. Squash....

I had an issue once with a check from them. It was over two weeks late, and when it was finally delivered, it was delivered in a plastic bag, shredded beyond all belief, with a USPS info card stapled to it that said, basically "Whoops! Sorry about that! It happens, but, you're not mad, right?" Different wording, but.... you get the idea.

From the zip code, I figured out that it was Shopper's Inc. I contacted them, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo of my mangled mail to them.

They paid me through Paypal within two hours.

Edited to clarify: The issue with my check being late and shredded wasn't Shopper's Inc's fault, it was the USPS's.

So apparently, once in a while, they use the PayPal emails for something. Good to know.
