I had this error last night, and early this morning, but was able to log on around 9:30 AM. I was blaming it on the solar flares that are supposed to disrupt some communications for the 11th and 12th. It might just be a sporadic issue with their server. I did e-mail my scheduler so that my shop would not become overdue while I was in the black hole. Hope your problem resolved as well.
