I have worked for many secret shops but this one DOES NOT PAY! They are always calling for last minute shops and I try to oblige only for my shop to be rejected! Why? Who knows...I guess they just want free service. They give no explaination why the shop is rejected. I probably misspelled something. THEY DON'T PAY! I'm calling the BBB and shouting out to everyone SENTRY MARKETING DOES NOT PAY!!!!!

Sentry Marketing floods you with emails/texts needed "urgent" shops but then they reject your shop and DON'T PAY! I will shout it to the world!!!!! They keep taking down my posts because it embarrasses them...I've already filed with the BBB and will continue on FB and Twitter until they have the worst name in marketing ever!!

Also, if they don't like what you write about the (ie the TRUTH) they will remove the posts....
What "TRUTH" have you written? I see a bunch of bashing posts that give no details at all.

People who register on a forum and cut and paste the same bashing posts without details into multiple places deserve little respect.

Hi, Diz. Sorry you're having so many problems with the MSCs. You seem to think the issues are in spelling and leaving out periods. I doubt it, that's the type of thing that editors fix routinely. I'd be more inclined to think there are other problems, for example, comprehension of instructions and execution of the guidelines. Is English your second language? I'm trying to get a handle on what's going on here and it's hard to tell from your posts.

Diz, it's my personal opinion that your posts will not hurt them because you don't sound sincere, truthful, and measured. Also, as Canuck suggested, you might want to think about self control and what you're writing down and flinging out there into space. It's going to be a day I've been looking forward to for a long time when one of these MSCs sues a mean, spiteful shopper with no case and no comprehension and gets a solid legal judgment. Obviously you lack what it takes to do this. Why don't you consider another line of work?

Dizneegal apparently DOES NOT DO ACCEPTABLE REPORTS. Dizneegal apparently CANNOT READ GUIDELINES or EXECUTE INSTRUCTIONS. Dizneegal need a new KEYBOARD because his KEYBOARD jumps into ALL CAPS every time the top of HIS HEAD BLOWS OFF. I don't BELIEVE for a minute that Diz wasn't told why his report WAS NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!!

You should not be posting on Twitter or any other place. You could be liable, I agree with Canuck. We all have had disagreements with MSCs it is the nature of the business. You need to read the CONTRACT that you signed. How long have you been Mystery Shopping? If you read this forum frequently you will find out who the reliable shoppers are, sincere, intelligent and successful in this business, maybe you should listen to what they have to say. I could name several right now.

You are not explaining yourself to us. You just seem to fly off the handle. If you are not getting paid you should know why, like it or not. Do you send nasty emails to them? Do you threaten the MSCs? I have not received payment for one shop in 6 years, and yes it was my fault. I reversed the banks that were both in the same out of town location, down the street from each other. Basically I switched the forms by mistake. At least I knew why! I didn't like not getting paid.
I think we need to put all of the three post together into one.

I do mystery shopping for several marketing companies. I do not have a problem following instructions. I have never had my reports rejected until Sentry Marketing. They text me non-stop for "urgent" shops needed and when I go out of my way to help, they reject my reports. The reason? I was a sentence short on one of my answers. I did not get notification of this until the time expired. This has happened twice with this marketing company and it's the last time. I can do other shops with much nicer marketing companies that have a higher clientele. Until you have the same issue I have had, you will continue to support this company and that's fine...it just takes one time.

First of all, dizneeGAL is female. I do follow instructions. I know how to fill out the reports. I work for many other marketing companies (with a higher clientele) and have never had any problems turning in my reports and getting reimbursed. This particular company texts me non-stop for "urgent" shops needed and when I go out of my way to help them out, they reject my report for lack of one sentence? I did not receive notice of this needed sentence until the time expired. They need to get their act together. I think I shall notify the client about how they are conducting business...basically they are getting paid but not paying their shoppers.

I am not afraid of any lawsuit. I speak the truth. I work for many other marketing companies and have never had one shop rejected. I have proof on my computer that I did not receive notification of the missed "sentence" until the time had expired. They need to get their act together. They are getting paid by the client but for them to use me and not pay me for my time...not good.
You are a hard head. Listen to what we're saying to you. If you can't or won't, then why are you here?

You need to read your CONTRACT! Notifying the client is a no, no! You may not be working for any company if You continue in this mode. You are not explaining yourself. Lack of one sentence? More detail. Copy and paste what they told you. Did you not get back to them with the sentence? The time expired if you did not get back to them?
By the way, I noticed that you said the same thing about RSG and Shoppers View. What's up with that? The forum is not out to get you! All are here to help and understand. You can't seem to explain yourself to us.
dizneegal I am sorry you have had this experience. It seems very harsh to reject a report for lack of one sentence and although I'm not really familiar with Sentry most companies will give you the opportunity to go back and rectify the problem. You should know though, that schedulers talk too so please think very carefully before you contact the client as you could end up banned from a multitude of companies. Might be best to just chalk this one up to experience and not work for that company again.
I find that odd. I have always been paid by Sentry 2-3 months after completing shops for them. Always. I have worked for them for many years, and even in the beginning when I was new, and I overlooked some obvious aspects of my report, they contacted me 3-4 times to clarify and put my report through.

If the report was able to be published to our client, then we would pay the shopper.

Most companies will give you a chance to fix a problem. Seems Sentry did and she chose not to do anything about it and then she comes here and bashes Sentry, for something SHE DID NOT DO.

You spell like you pay. I did not receive notice until 9/13/14 at 4pm....the corrections were due by 10am. I turned them in as soon as I got them. If they were so urgent, why didn't you bombard me with texts like you did when you needed the shop done? I wonder how the client would feel about paying you but you not paying your shoppers??? Maybe I'll investigate.
