SPG Has anyone shopped for this company?

I attempted to do a first time shop for SPG today. I have never shopped for them before. The location was temporarily closed. It gave a new location, I checked this out the location was for lease and empty. I called the phone number, out of service. I did my best to try to locate this shop. I hope to be paid for my time and effort. $18. Does anyone have any information about this company? I gave them all of the information on the door, including both locations, phone numbers and leasing company for proof I was there. Service Performance Group.

I have done occasional work with them for many years and have found them to be responsible and pleasant to work with. I doubt you will get shafted as you would under similar circumstances with other MSPs. I have never dealt with this type of situation with them but have had some shops where there were delays and setbacks and they certainly understood 'best efforts'.

I am waiting to hear from SPG. I did read the discussions from the shop list. Most of you are satisfied with them. Unfortunately it was my first shop with them. I would think that the MSC client would have informed them that the store was closed. The client should be more responsible. I hate wasting my time, I did not take two other shops because I was committed to them first. I don't flake, I commit regardless.

Keep us posted. Since you obviously had some documentation that the location was closed they would have no reason to disbelieve you. I suspect you will be a fan once they respond

I have done shops for them in the past. It sounds like you did what was expected, but be sure to review the paperwork. Sometimes the instructions say to call and go if no one answers, sometimes they say to call and not go if no one answers.
