Feedback Plus/Sentry Marketing too many emails?

I received 8 emails from Feedback Plus, mobile shops, under Sentry Marketing in 3 minutes. I replied and asked the scheduler to not send me 8 of the same emails in 3 minutes. All of the same shops. Is this a problem with anyone else?

Actually, tech, this is a concern that I understand and to some extent, agree with.

In some cases, it cannot be avoided. For example, if there are six locations of Store X within a certain radius of a shopper's location, it is possible that a shopper may receive a separate notification for each location. This is part of the software we use and not within our control. In other cases, there may be a number of locations for different project within a certain radius of a shopper's location and this can account for multiple locations.

We are working on reducing the email traffic that is generated from our scheduling staff by consolidating available assignments into a single, weekly email.
why would you send separate email for each location?

I know of no other company that use the main platforms
that send separate email for every single location...
They are generally grouped together by state. Or you
just get a generic notification that a shop is available.
Seems like something that would be easy to fix.

The system sends a seperate notification for each location. This is not a user setting and something we do not have control over.
Same for me, but it was just four identical emails.

Sentry you are not using a properitary system so
why does not affect other msc's who use the
same system as you?

I do not have a problem getting emails. Never. I look at them and, if the shops are in my area, I'll check them out.

If not, I'll just delete them. No big deal for me. smiling smiley
