Ugh. I checked before I left and the shop was there. When I got there, I could not sign in to the app, even though I was entering the correct info. I tried many times, including logging out and trying again. I ate the food then tried again. This time I could log in. I was using the correct info both times. But now the shop had disappeared! I checked before I set out and it was there then. It was not there when I was there. I checked both Home and Search. It was not there. I tried many times to find the shop. It is still not there.
I took the photos using my phone and will enter the report as best I can. As I was on the way home, within the 3 hour time frame of the shop, they emailed me asking me if I was still going to do it! How annoying. Let me get home at least. I replied that the app did not work and I would put the info in the report. I asked if I would be paid. I received their reply which did not address whether I would be paid. They asked "How may we assist you". Double ugh. Get someone who speaks English clearly. I had just told them everything. I said they can assist me by replying to my question as to whether I will be paid.
I looked up reviews of the app online and they are atrocious. I'm cancelling the other app shops I have with them until I've been paid for this one. Warning, don't use this app, it does not work.
