KSS has nothing to do with MSI / Trensource as far as I know.

Undercover Essentials in on the list of active MSCs. They closed down in summer 2013. The web site has been shut down. If you click on the link on the master list below, it says:

They were a video training company not a MSC or scheduling service.

Thanks to Jacob for moving the now defunct Undercover Essentials to the out-of-business list.

Here's what's up with Jancyn - I got the e-mail today from joyce@shoptalkservice.com. The relevant paragraph is:

"Therefore, I am pleased and excited to announce that effective January 1, 2015, I have arranged for Jancyn to acquire my mystery shopping service. PLEASE sign up with Jancyn NOW, so you will be able to keep serving the needs of our clients for their company, as well as pick up new work for other shops they have in your area. - I am turning over my database to Jancyn so they will know which clients you have already shopped for, and on which properties."

I do lots of work for both KSS and MSI/Trendsource - nothing between them that I've seen.

GCS Field Research does not seem to be on the official list.

GCS is a division of InTouch Insights, but they have a separate application process.

....yes, kommol tata from me as well, lurker that I am! Can I also add Tussen Takk! to all the folks who worked on the list. It is a valuable tool.

expert solutions is a MS company they used to be corporate research and merged with stericycle.
