Is Intellishop a strange company?

Hmmmm....sometimes they offer a link in the email with the higher bonus, but you have to accept the shop from the link in the email, not by going directly to the webpage. Is that what you did? I also know that with other MSC's, if they call you with a higher bonus amount, you can't then go log online and expect to see that higher amount.

Bill, an offer one on one from a scheduler may be a better bonus than what you'll find on the website. Maybe this is what happened to you?? If you had an offer from a scheduler, it would be better to go back directly to the scheduler if the bonus on the board is less.

That is my experience with Intel-Shop. Schedulers contact clients who they are willing to offer higher pays to. I imagine your registration includes a MSPA certification or you have completed 9 or 10 rated shops with them?

This has been my experience also with many companies. The bonus a scheduler is willing to offer is frequently more than the amount shown on the job board.
One other thing may have happened, that happens with many companies.

The company could have 1000 shops and if the fill 950 within the deadline they meet the metrics, if they fill 949 they may get hit with a penalty that reduces the revenue to the company for each of the 949 shops.

So they offer a high bonus to get over that 950 shop threshold. As soon as the minimum standard is met and pass through editing the bonuses on the remaining shops for the time period may revert to the normal bonus. The MSP is still trying to fulfill the 1,000 shop requirement, and each of those shops from 950 to 1000 may get a premium for the MSP, but they do not carry the same financial weight as hitting the minimum promised goal for the client.

This is an example, the information is based on conversations I have had with schedulers and owners and could apply to a number of projects. The goals are probably closer to 95-99.9%, rather than the wide range I mentioned here.
