Grass Roots

Does anyone have either an email or phone contact at Grass Roots? I had a shop yesterday that I had to cancel. I started sending emails on Monday afternoon. I sent repeated emails to both emails that they have listed. I called the emergency 800 number repeatedly but no one answers. I left messages but obviously no one got them. I just got two notices that my shop is overdue.

I did a shop with them two weeks ago for a university dining (total of 3 locations on campus). Two were closed and so I called and called, left messages and sent emails. Still, to this day, no response and, yes, they sent automated late messages as well.

Very frustrating.
I had trouble submitting a shop that was due this morning. It had several errors that would not let me complete a couple of sections, and the shop could not be submitted because all sections were not completed.

I called them at 1-800-777-3882 and pressed 0 and got a message that the voice mail was full.

I emailed them at their tech support link and got this message:

"Over the next few weeks we will be transitioning to a new inbox for shopper support emails. Please send future emails to shoppersupport@grassrootsmeasures.com."

They fixed the errors on the survey, and extended the deadline for everyone until 9 am tomorrow. I set my alarm and got up early and submitted it today, a few minutes after the deadline. (I wish I knew it would be extended. I could have slept later.)

I had the same issue with submitting the report but was able to speak with a rep. They had a site issue and once it was resolved, they called me back and extended my deadline up to 9:00 AM the following day.
