Stericycle oops?

I just completed my first drive through FF shop for these guys. I missed two things! First, I ordered a Small instead of the smaller size. And I forgot to get a receipt, nor was I offered one, so I zipped back through the drive thru and had her print me a copy. Do you think this is too much error for one shop, or should I proceed with submitting my report?

They are actually fairly lenient in their grading. I'm not sure how specific they were about the beverage size, but I would go ahead and give it a shot. The receipt reprint should be fine.
