Market Force reports

I am having problems with Market Force reports and reporting system. I know I must continue to save my report. I save my work. I noticed after returning back the report questions and answers already type they are missing. I reported this problem to the helpdesk. They seem to think I,m not saving the work.

Thank you allowing me to vent

My report went through fine earlier. I hope you're not using the back arrows on your browser.

With the new system (I was a tester) I save each page because this program will wipe it out, if the site freezes, if you don't save, save..smiling smiley

Try using the button for previous page at the bottom of the page instead of the back arrows on your browser.

Don't use the back arrows on your browser. Use the buttons on Market Force's report form at the bottom.

I had a feeling that was what you were doing.

Had problems submitting my report to Market Force with a Mac on Saturday, switched to Internet Explorer and all was fine.

I am having the same problems. I save every page and they say they are saved. When I get to the end of the report more than half hasn't been saved. I had to enter a report 13 times last night.

Shopping all of central Indiana.

I did the save, save, save, save and then went back in and it was savedsmiling smiley

I learned a valuable lesson when I did "not" save and the report froze up, I finally got back in and it was GONE!

I had to redo the report tongue sticking out smiley
