This drives me nuts. I called their customer service and they were so kind, but this problem didn't get resolved.
I have been with this company for over a year or so, and every single time I log in, it takes me to the Paypal email verification screen, then another page where I have to acknowledge something, then takes me to the shopper page. Why do I have to go through these two screens? Everything has been verified and moving smoothly for as long as I've been a shopper, so I can't imagine why it's doing this. Did anyone else experience this or find a way around it?
