Expert/Stericycle -- Login issues (resolved)

This drives me nuts. I called their customer service and they were so kind, but this problem didn't get resolved.

I have been with this company for over a year or so, and every single time I log in, it takes me to the Paypal email verification screen, then another page where I have to acknowledge something, then takes me to the shopper page. Why do I have to go through these two screens? Everything has been verified and moving smoothly for as long as I've been a shopper, so I can't imagine why it's doing this. Did anyone else experience this or find a way around it?

Same thing happens to me every single time. I have no solution. I just deal with it. Let me know if you figure out how to fix the problem!
I've been with them for a long time and I get that too. It bothers me a bit but I'm okay with it, as long as I can get to the Job Board. smiling smiley
I don't get the PayPal screen but I just had to submit a report in a browser that was NOT IE! I hope that it's not a problem.

Yeah, I like the company enough that It doesn't really bother me anymore. They pay me on time and they provide me with fun shops. I just assumed I was doing something wrong!

I don't have that problem either. I just checked and it takes me straight to the shopper home page.

I'm not sure if someone from the company saw me on these boards, but I just got an email from Expert saying this had been fixed. And it was! Hooray!
I get the same page when I log in using my iPad and laptop. Thats the reason I don't check their website as often as the other ones. Did they say how they fixed it?
