Bare International (Non-English shops/reports)

I have completed a bank shop last week for Bare Int. That wasn't my first shop on this Project. So I know every rules very well. And of course I obey the rules. But for the first time I wrote the report in my native language (they wanted like that). According to the scenario, I must mention a montly deposit while talking to the bank staff. I certainly did it. And I wrote it on the report. But I think they don't understand my language. Because they didn't accepted my visit and they won't pay any fee! They do me an injustice, so I'm very angry. Besides this they don't even respond my e-mails about this issue. What can I do any more?

Hi syavas,

#1 Do you have it in writing (in the guidelines or an email from the scheduler) that you were allowed to submit the report in your native language? If so, forward it to the scheduler to support your request for an explanation and to get paid.

OR;

#2 Were you being allowed to conduct the visit in your original language but the report still had to be entered in English?

I often do bank shops and #2 has appeared on some instructions I have seen.

Either way, take a few deep breaths and send another email to the scheduler asking if #2 was the case and offer to resubmit it in English to "save the shop". It may have just been a misunderstanding.

If this doesn't get a response, try contacting Bare by phone.

I hope this is helpful. Good luck.

Good advice from dcm. I've conducted many bank shops over the years. Most have been in English. Some have been in Spanish. All the reports were required to be completed in English, so that may be the problem.
I'm looking at the requirement right now that says the report must be completed in english.
I'm not saying that was the case when you did the report in question or that I'm even doing the same project.
Just saying...for what it's worth (probably not much at all)
Quit wasting your time people. Do a quick search on OP's posts.

Dcm thanks for your response! I've wrote to the scheduler, but I haven't get an explanation. I previousy had an issue about getting the first payment. At that time I couldn't get an useful response for a long time from the scheduler. I think that Bare has a deficit about it.

Now as you said I'll write it to the scheduler again and again. Because I'm sure there is a misunderstanding.

Thanks again.
I have done Bank shops for Bare. The schedulers and editors are very accommodating. If there is any misunderstanding, they will straighten it out. I also recall that the Guidelines stated that the report must be in English even if the shop was conducted in the language in the area.
